About the Role

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Embedded Systems Engineer to join our product development team. This role involves designing, coding, testing, and optimizing embedded systems for innovative environmental monitoring and control products. You will work closely with senior engineers on microcontroller-based hardware and firmware development, gaining hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle.

This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career engineers eager to learn and contribute to real-world embedded solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Embedded System Development

  • Assist in the design and development of embedded hardware and firmware for microcontroller-based products.

  • Implement and test embedded software using C/C++ or relevant languages.
     

2. Prototyping & Testing

  • Support PCB bring-up, peripheral integration, and interface testing (I²C, SPI, UART, Modbus, etc.).

  • Conduct functionality, reliability, and compliance tests on embedded systems.
     

3. Debugging & Optimization

 

  • Assist in diagnosing hardware/software integration issues.

  • Work on performance optimization and code efficiency improvements.
     

4. Documentation & Collaboration

 

  • Maintain design documentation, code repositories, and test reports.

  • Collaborate with electronics, mechanical, and software teams to ensure smooth integration.
     

Qualifications & Skills

 

Education:

  • B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.
     

Experience:

  • 0–2 years in embedded systems design, development, or testing.

  • Academic or internship projects in embedded systems will be considered.
     

Technical Skills:

  • Programming in C/C++ for microcontrollers (ARM, AVR, PIC, ESP32, etc.).

  • Familiarity with embedded development tools (Keil, STM32CubeIDE, MPLAB, Arduino IDE, etc.).

  • Basic understanding of electronics circuits and schematics.

  • Exposure to communication protocols (I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, Modbus).
     

Soft Skills:

 

  • Strong problem-solving ability and logical thinking.

  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

  • Team collaboration and communication skills.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with RTOS-based systems.

  • Knowledge of wireless communication (BLE, LoRa, Wi-Fi).

  • Familiarity with sensor integration and calibration.
